If you pay your monthly payment via Direct Debit, the agreement number should be shown as the reference for the payment. Find this by logging into your online banking and viewing the details of the most recent transaction.

Which format better represents the payment reference?

If your agreement number is a 14 digit number in the following format: '450-1234-56789-10’ you are likely to have a PCP or PML contract. Please proceed to the next step to find out more.

If your agreement number contains 2 letters followed by 6 numbers, you are likely to have a PCH or BCH contract. Please proceed to the next step to find out more.
